I've read quite a bit lately on other threads that Assassination is lacklustre for PvP, and while I agree the toolkit is unnecessarily pruned, they can output massive damage and CC. Linked above is a spec that you can test.
I would like to see this with all of the artifact traits as I only have access to the PTR. I will call this build 'a s s Melt'. Rotation is as follows - Vendetta, CS, Garrote, Mutilate, Hemo, Rupture, MFD, KS (hope for combo point to 6), Exsanguinate.

Then dump Mutilates and a 6 point Envenom. Combined with trinket procs it will melt.
If you are running all artifact traits wait until after Garrote to apply Vendetta as this will aid in energy recovery. Typically I will pool some combo points then CS Hemo or Garrote Hemo before applying Rupture. Exsanguinate is extemely powerful, I hope this does not get nerfed either because it is a fun way to play the spec in Bgs and Arenas. Leeching poison could theoretically be used, during the damage window you will generate a decent amount of health. This build, and any build not running Vigor feels energy starved, so feinting is costly.
