Roboform Extension For Chrome
I just downloaded Chrome. I added Roboform, but the toolbar only appears at the bottom of the browser window (sometimes blocking the last line of a screen). I checked with Roboform support and was advised:'Can you put the RF Toolbar at the top in Chrome?Older versions of Chrome did have the ability to place the RoboForm toolbar at the top of the browser.
How to install the Chrome standalone extension Note: the RoboForm for Chrome standalone extension has limited functionality. For full functionality, download RoboForm from either the Windows or Mac menu selections. The roboform icon is not showing on Chrome. Edge or internet Explorer I have had to renew items on my computer following a blue screen a couple of weeks ago Also I download an update of robofrom this morning but no result.
Chrome has since change their browser functionality so that this is no longer possible. No one can place an upper toolbar in Chrome.PLEASE, MAKE IT SO I CAN MOVE MY ROBOFORM TOOLBAR TO THE TOP OF THE BROWSER WINDOW.
Chrome toolbar move to top.Siber systems the owner of Roboformhas put the toolbar outside the browser, by attaching it to the bottom edge,(if you move the Chrome window on your desktop, you will see it briefly come unglued and and then re-stick to the bottom). The functionality is likely there to stick it to any edge of the chrome window, as it is outside of chrome. No one asks Siber to do this, everyone asks to have it inside, on top, or get Google to make a change. Wrong question.
IMHO, If all would ask Siber to change the glue to the top edge (or even a side) they might commit the resources to do so, but it is expensive to change a program in wide circulation, they would need a groundswell requests to do so.On Monday, October 8, 2012 12:48:48 PM UTC-4, OldDocX wrote: Ditto on this - I'm LOVING Chrome which has replaced SlimBrowser as my browser of choice for MANY years now however this problem with the RoboForm toolbar support is a problem. At least give me the button for fill and submit which is really the only one I need anyway! That's minimalist isn't it???On Monday, October 8, 2012 12:48:48 PM UTC-4, OldDocX wrote: Ditto on this - I'm LOVING Chrome which has replaced SlimBrowser as my browser of choice for MANY years now however this problem with the RoboForm toolbar support is a problem.
